If you believe your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched without penalty.
To cancel an order, please email info@realcocks.com as soon as possible.
⚠️ Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns – Important Hygiene Notice
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery only if:

The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

Original packaging is complete, undamaged, and unopened

All hygiene seals and protective packaging remain fully intact

Opened or used products

Products with broken or removed hygiene seals

Change-of-mind after opening or use

Incorrect size, model, or variant selected by the customer
Under UK law, sealed intimate goods are exempt from the right of return once unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.

Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds may be withheld until the returned item is received and inspected
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery

Provide clear photographic or video evidence
Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, including original shipping costs (where applicable)
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

A 15% restocking fee may be deducted for non-fault returns to cover handling and processing costs

Delivery & Non-Receipt
Once a tracking number has been issued, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
The following do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks:

Unclaimed or returned packages
Carrier tracking records are used as final proof of delivery for dispute resolution.
