Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Our goal is to provide reliable and discreet shipping services.

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods (such as Christmas or promotional events), processing and delivery times may be extended by 2–3 business days.


2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • European destinations: 5–10 business days

  • International destinations: 7–20 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons or public holidays

  • Events outside our control

RealCock is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.


3. Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

If delivery to your location is restricted, checkout may be unavailable or your order may be cancelled with a full refund.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

  • Customers may also track their orders via the Order Tracking page on our website.


5. Changing Your Delivery Address

  • If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us at

    within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We cannot change delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.

  • If the parcel is already in transit, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request redirection.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Proof of Delivery

Once a tracking number has been issued, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

An order is considered successfully delivered when:

  • Carrier tracking shows “Delivered”, or

  • The carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout

Carrier tracking records and delivery confirmations constitute final proof of delivery for dispute resolution, including PayPal and card issuer reviews.


7. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement or appears delayed before delivery confirmation, please contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update.

If the carrier confirms the parcel was lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Parcels marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost.


8. Item Not Received (INR) Claims

Claims for Item Not Received must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.

Orders marked “Delivered” are not eligible for INR refunds or chargebacks.

Carrier tracking records are used as primary evidence in all delivery disputes.
